Coast 2 Coast Screening/Interview Process
Coast 2 Coast utilizes a comprehensive approach to screening and interviewing candidates. Candidates
are asked to follow a 6 step screening process to be considered for employment opportunities:
- A candidate
submits a resume via email or fax.
- A Coast 2 Coast recruiter reviews and assesses
the individual’s skill sets.
- Coast 2 Coast recruiters contact those candidates with the appropriate skill
sets, to conduct a preliminary phone interview (communication skills are evaluated, along with the applicant’s salary
and job requirements).
- Coast 2 Coast recruiters arrange for candidates to conveniently take any online knowledge-based
skill tests (if applicable).
- A face-to-face interview
with Coast 2 Coast is scheduled.
- References
are checked to insure that the candidate has the experience and behavioral skills needed to be a Coast 2 Coast
employee.
